Hello fathers, parents and caregivers!

I’m coach Keith. I am the father of three daughters soon to be four. My eldest two are from a previous relationship with my college girlfriend. They are 12 and 14 years old. My youngest child that I parent with my wife is 18 months. We have another due in March.

I’ve my masters in seconds education currently I work as a middle school teacher in Washington DC. Prior to that I was a direct support professional working with your ages 5-18 in an acute hospital setting servicing children facing mental health crisis and disciplinary actions.

Iwhat got me into coaching was the challenges I faced and still face trying to parent my children with my ex while also navigating parenting along side my wife. I have learned many lessons from this journey and it is my mission to help fathers in similar shoes so that they can have a more peaceful and fulfilling journey through fatherhood.
